Crucial Days ahead for Iran fans.
The most exciting couple of days for Iran football fans is coming up on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Starting with Iran’s U16 Team in Tashkent , Uzbekistan. The young boys will be vying for a place in the final of AFC U16 championship and eventually winning the trophy which Iran has never lifted despite its illustrious football history. Already assured of a place for the World Cup U16 tournament in Nigeria next year, the young boys of Iran are capable of winning this championship and putting the icing on the cake after some impressive performances. The likes of Payam Sadeghian , Kaveh Rezaei and Iman Sadeghi are just a few names that the fans will be hearing of a lot in the coming few years. With such skills and talents, the fans are gearing up for a long line of young players , who will be producing the goods for many good to maintain Iran’s power in the continent and globally.
The next event on Tuesday is the crucial match in Brasilia, where the gallant displays by the Futsall boys have stormed the World Scene. Years of domination and supremacy in Asia , does not weight as much as this brilliant display of futsal at the world scene and particularly at FIFA Futsal World Cup 2008. Every household name of Football world such as Brazil , Spain , Italy, Argentina, Russia are present to win this coveted trophy. Futsal is becoming a serious sport on its own rights and our boys have just announced themselves as one of the best eight team of the globe. But the aspiration does not stop there. We can make the best 4 team of the world if we beat the powerful Italians on Tuesday , a feat which is difficult but far from being unreachable specially after the Team Melli boys stopped the World Champions Spain and narrowly lost to Brazil. The fans will be waiting for wizardry of Mohammad Taheri , Keshavarz , Masoudi and the brillint Mostafa Nazari in goal and coach Hossein Shams to once again ignite the passion of this nation.
And Finally on Wednesday, the football boys are in for a tough game against North Korea in the 2nd match of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. If history is anything to go by , then defeating the North Koreans is not a serious problem , but the reality is something else. Team Melli needs to be at top physical and psychological form to defeat this stubborn opponent. Three sweet points will ease the way for the coming two matches. Kia , Nekounam , Shojaei , Rezaei and the rest of the boys , will surely show the way to victory
