Where Queiroz is wrong?
If he has responsibilities for Omid & U20 as IFF claims, then he has failed his responsibilities.
Without knowing details of his contract and agreement is hard to determined what is his exact obligations to youth Programs.
Although he has distanced himself from IFF's original claims but he was the one who interviewed Omid coaches and decided on Mansoorian.
Akbar Mohammadi U20 caretaker coach claims he had baking of Kafashian and has been reporting to Queiroz.
Today Turabian said Queiroz will decide on U20 coach after his vacation.
I think U23 & U20 need much qualify and independent coaches than Mansoorian and Mohammadi and there is no reason why U20 has no head coach now.
If Queiroz is responsible for that he has failed so far.

Dooste aziz ..
Chera zooreto be QC miresooni ?
The Omid team's failier was totaly IFF 's responsibility.......mansoorian won the game in Baghdad....and the team was disqualified before the secound game started in Tehran.....hence the Omid team ,played disspirited game for nothing.........beside, mansoorian was chosen by IFF,since there was not enough time for QC to assess iranian coaches in time for the up coming games.
In The country that accountebility does not exist, and no one accepts resposibility of failiors.........all of the sudden you want to critisize QC ? for other's failiors ?

Just because we think IFF is bad we can not ignore others failures.
Everyone( that i know of) agree that IFF is main culpirte and responsible overall. I have already talked about failure of Mansoorian in same forum. That does not mean others may not have share of responsibilities.
Mohammadi is not a qualified coach for any national team. He got his first job via connection with Moeini of IFF but he failed with U17 and Iran was eliminated in first stage. Once again IFF and Moeini pushing him for U20 job and according to Mohammadi he is reporting to Queiroz.
If CQ is responsible to select a U20 coach but is busy with TM and has no enough extra time to pay attention to U20 then that is his failure
About Mansoorian i have expressed my views but if you think he is best option we had then i leave it at that.

Very hard to comment without having enough information. But something similar might be Queiroz' problem. How could he make a good decision in sucha short time?

I do not think in QC contract, he has the sole responsibility for Omid team.....I believe, as far as Omid and U20 is concerned, he has been given a consulting duties...and more of a supervision...and not total responsibility.......more over, when he is just arrived and he is told to pick mansourian for his assistantship to TM.....and IFF recommanded mansourian for Omid team, and mansourian also is the interim coach, as well as previouse assistant....and just won the game against Russia.........put all those together, and the fact that QC did not know any domestic coach , and had to have a coach for the up coming games......you be the judge !......these was no reason to fight IFF's recommandation.

^ lol
darn, you made me think twice about posting here..!!
PS
Its obvious and expected that finding the optimal squad and coaching assistant selection was gonna be one of the toughest tasks facing CQ..! a task which requires Tenure on the job much more than others..! Those changes will come as well with time..! For now, obviously he is busy with more important tasks at hand of qualifying TM to 2014 and then worry about the next youth level competitions..!
besides i dont think the guy gets nearly paid enough to really give a heck..! (based on some torabian's comments..!)
Soccer-Sluts, Toothpick Thongs, & TM Football Samba Style Baby.!!![]()
BRAZIL 2014 HERE WE COME..!!!

So Omid team's elimination is CQ's fault, just because he approved Mansourian?!!!!
I am actually thinking how to tell you that you are wrongThere is no logic in your thread really so that one can start a reasoning here!
2,9,10 and 11

and now, he may be calling Majidi to the squad?
zekki !
we're trying to say by 2013 final stage games guys like karimi would be pretty much out of commission with all their 1) league games, 2) ACL games, 3) hazfi games AND 4) team melli games.
and now, we have to ADD to this list?
adding majid means less chances for guys like afshin, kevah rezaei, ... who shd be our investment for the next 10 years!!!!!
isnt it bad enough that karimi is now making the entry for the likes of Mosalman or even aliasgari difficult?
what the hell is CQ thinking?
I seriously think he has very bad advisors who have SCARED HIM about not having "popular" (and enough ss/pp) players in his squad and now he's acting irrational.
wasnt this guy supposed to rejuvenate our football?
this is hardly rejuvenation
WTF is going on?
is he really this scared and unsure of his abilities? is he really this cautious to throw away sensible investments on players who CAN deliver the goods not only in 2013, but many years beyond it ... all for the sake of games against indonesia and bahrain?
we werent told he is this cautious, but there were tell-tale signs in his speeches. when he made a big deal of maldives a few weeks back and then added he didnt want to lose his job in maldives, perhaps we shd have paid more attention to this and hadnt discounted it as coach fluff and taarof
