When I download the goals, the download speed reads: 564.2 KB/s.

Farhad jaan I am using one of those slow USB-sticks now until my real internet connection is ready, since I changed the provider, but the speed is between 250-350 Kb/s which is great with such a stick.

I tried to download the 2nd half and after 15 minutes it was only 12% done, around 30KB/S.
I don't know if that helps ? I have high speed connection and live in US.
