Why does IFF insist that foreign coaches have an Iranian assistant??

This is apparently one of the main reasons they haven't been able to come to an agreement with many of the foreign coaches that have been contacted, one of the latest being Troussier.

This is ridiculous and idiotic. Why do they insist on it?

Let the foreign coaches bring their own staff that they're used to and like to work with and don't impose your own people on them! (Like Faraki with Branko, what the hell did Faraki contribute anyways??)

i suppose you need someone to mediate between the iranian players and the coach to cover the cutural differences
and someone to make sure they keep in line with moral and islamic guidlines maybe, iran has many vague areas and cultural sensitivities, which only an iranian will know
