Khatibi and Nosrati will miss mexico friendly

Rasoul Khatibi and Mohamad Nosrati, whom are both recently called-up in Iran's squad against Mexico, cannot accompany the team to St. Luis.
Rasoul Khatibi and Mohamad Nosrati just recently faced with injury blow, which will rule them out of the Friendly encounter. Mohamad Nosrati has been sidelined for 2 months from league action due to injury and is not yet recovered, and Rasoul Khatibi awaits his MRI test results for his recent injury in UAE league action in which there is a slight chances of positive result.

Ghalenoie confirmed this news and said: "These two players will miss Mexico game but we not going to replace them with two new players and will leave to Mexico with 19 players."

I would not have invited Khatibi to start with. I like Enayati and Rajabzadeh, GN should have included a young new forward. Just to take the trip to Mexico and be there would have been an experience. We have many good midfielders, but no great forward seems to be coming along. The search is on!

ONLY ONE PERSON OUT OF ALL THESE PEOPLE, NEKOUNAM, IS IN THE SQUAD. wow.

but i am thrilled that khatibi wont be there, lets just hope enayati turns an ankle in training and we'll be set.
