i am one of the people who didnt want daei no more, and i was the biggest![]()
but he has been in grate shape lately and i take my words back, he has proven me wrong and i think he should be there at the WC..
just not the whole 90 mins![]()
i hope there are more who feel this way
we had many discussions of Daei after Saba game
Ali Daei: Gheyrat + Taasob + good body physics - speed
We still need to learn, World cup was a good class, Merci profeesor Mexico and Portugal.

Daei is a living legend , to be honest he is getting old but every now and again we see these moments of brilliance.
These moments are the only thing keeping Daei in TM.

IM glad to see another former daei hater realizing what this legend means to us and our football.
I mean even Michael Jordan had his 2 year run @ washington wizard where they never even made the playoffs and he was old and didnt perform well at all BUT NO ONE took away from his glory. No one disrespected him and it should be the same for Daei.
Even at his old age he still performs better than some 24 year olds, sure he might not be as fast and agile as the others but he is a finisher, a playmaker and has experience which is the number 1 formula to being a champion and a winner.
LOOK @ KAZEMIAN... a great players with speed and very technical but he sucks at finishing. I have seen this guy create so many good chances and being at the perfect place for a finish but he has ruined it. So what good is it if you cant finish???? NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT
2014 World Cup Qualifiers here we come!
He is great as he was in 97..... touch the wood

^^^^
You mean knock on wood?
daei hater? he just was out of form and now he is in form..Originally Posted by EKBATAN_GANGSTA

im a big daei fan but scoring in ACL doesnt show nothing, but im sure he can do well in the WC!

Thanks, it's really great to have people like you around. There's nothing bad about changing one's mind. It's not a mistake to do so, it's a mistake to stick to an opinion no matter what.Originally Posted by morti
