Guys great to see an Iranian company presenting teams around the world, I feel proud myself but trust me, I bought this kit and it's terrible. Terrible quality, nothing is good about it. I haven't ran in it so I don't know about the sweat absorption but as soon as you touch it you know it's crap.

I personally support Merooj. The players haven't had any complaints like there was about uhlsport and the shanbe-bazar Adidaks jerseys. They clearly are of decent quality, and why wouldn't they be when Iran has a strong textile industry? As others have mentioned, this brand sponsors non-Iranian wrestling and volleyball national teams. I think claims of poor quality are baseless, or perhaps purely based on the narrative that "Nike and Adidas must be better." But we're talking about textiles here, something that our people have been masters of for thousands of years. Clothing and textiles, not space stations!

It's interesting to note that Iran is among five countries going into the WC with their own domestic brands: Denmark (hummel), Ecuador (marathon), USA (nike), Germany (adidas).

I've had Merooj shirts before, the quality is actually very good. Members here criticizing it are baseless and clearly haven't bought products lately from Nike and Puma (spoiler alert: the qualities are absolute trash)

They delay the reveal so that they don’t have to deal with the backlash for their abysmal design and also to prevent copying to maximize the profit that they will pocket.
