yeah I believe so, may 31 (earliest?)

then I read on ffiri site something about another round for reserves in line, since those who dont pay until a certain date gets their tickets canceled and then its reserve list.
I dont remember exactly how it was but apparently there is some hope for those who havnt won the lottery.

Strange, my friends and I applied for 6 applications between all of us and not a single ticket was successful... did anyone here actually win tickets?

I also have not had a single friend I know get tickets in the lottery and only one friend has tickets at all - he grabbed them in the first come first serve phase between the two lotteries, when no one else was able to get any allocation/fill

I know there were a lot of ticket applications, and maybe the guys who won are too busy celebrating to come post. But the odds that all 6 of our applications didn't have 1 successful ticket approved are astronomically low... and that happened to all of us. Knowing Qatar I have a feeling something is fishy here. Maybe holding back till they see have enough accommodation? Really bizarre

What I've heard is they are going to rent massive cruise ships and sit them at port.

I got the email that my request was partially successful for the 2nd game. At this point I am not sure if I will be going. If there is a way to transfer this email someone else's name please let me know.
