Because the AFC ( Arab Football Corruption ) decided that UAE & Oman should play there instead of us. As far as I remember we weren‘t part of one specific tournament and that was their reason to exclude us ( which is a joke itself because we are number 1 in Asia and number 2 in the world ). Our lobby sucks unfortunately
