Three days ago Fatemi new U23 team manager said :
*- Mahdavi Kia will arrive before training camp start.
*- Training camo to start Friday and there will be 4 training session (2 per day) before leaving for Baghdad..

There has been no news about U23 , Training, arrival of 2 legionaries Mahdavi kia so far.

Update:

Esteghlal did not release Rezaei ( GK) to join U23.Apparently Kakhsaz has been invited again.
Reza Kakhsaz ( Paykan ) is over 22 and was U23 goal keeper against Tajikistan last year.

two changes in the list.
2 GK from Esteghlal, Alireza Rezaei & Sina Saeidifar were in the list, but Esteghlal did not release Rezaei. Mahdavi Kia replaced Saeidifar with Kakhsaz from Paykan. He is trying to replace Rezaei with Parsa Jafari from Zobaha /

2 MIS players Hasheminejad & Ahmadi (will join after 2 games in Iraq0

Iraq U23 also has issues with clubs not releasing players on time but they stared training much earlier.
They have kicked out of their good forward Ahmed Sartip .
This guy think he is brad pitt and care more about his image at social media,
He play as CFW # 11 at Al Zawraa club and often score. At U23 he wear # 10. In recent training coach assign #10 to a different player and this decision made him mad and protested rudely
They gave him # 10 jersey and told him go home play there ( my wording) and don't come back.
