In principle, I would have preferred a bigger club than Lyon, but I think a move to Lyon could fit very well and Azmoun can play himself into the sights of big clubs in a very short time. As already mentioned here, in recent years there have always been rumours about Azmoun in connection with Bosz and his club. Those who follow the Bundesliga know Bosz and the style of play he stands for quite well. He lets his teams play very offensive football that is very attractive and leads to a lot of goals. At the beginning of his tenure, Bosz played the most attractive football in the Bundesliga in both Dortmund and Leverkusen. This could be very beneficial for Sardar and he could quickly become the focus of international attention in a league that attracts more attention than the Russian league by scoring a lot of goals. What speaks against Bosz, however, is that after initial euphoria and enthusiastic football, the performance of his teams always plummets and he is dismissed in the end after a series of high defeats. Azmoun should therefore be prepared to work with a new coach in the medium term if he moves to Lyon. As long as he sees Lyon as a short transitional station, the change could be worthwhile. The best thing would be if he had a very moderate fixed transfer fee built into his contract, e.g. 25 million, which would give him the opportunity to move to a bigger club after a strong season. Due to the low transfer fee that Lyon has to pay, this will also be possible and Lyon would make a profit on the sale.

Wouldn't be the wisest decision to join OL because of Bosz. The guy is super stubborn in the way he wants to play football. Plays ultra offensive without really knowing how to defend. His teams may score more on average but they also get scored on 3+ goals per game.. there's a big chance that he'll be sacked in no time.

        AC Milan
For our boys, specially for Zenit, the hard one should be the best, as they will get trashed anyways. Scoring 2 ou 3 goals against Lille and Sheriff won't help Sardar to get the deserved attraction and interest from big clubs. Nobody will match the game from such group

Sardar scoring 2 or 3 in that group of death would be a dream come true, but honestly with a bit of luck i could see them advancing to the next round in the 1st group i mentioned.

Sardar has already proven himself against big teams in the CL. Although it never hurts to add some goals to it.

And what did it produce? Nothing more than a plan B ranking in sub top teams' shopping list, and career still going on in Russia.

Not only in Germany, it always was the signature of Bosz. He did te same at any team he trained in The Netherlands as well.
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

Juve could be in the market for a striker if Cristiano Ronaldo goes to City.

Inter probably done now with Correa's signing but that may open up a spot at Sarri's Lazio. Unlikely though as Immobile is enough for their 1 CF formation.

West Ham, Brighton, Palace and Wolves also in the market for a striker and could easily afford Azmoun's fee (salary possibly not).

                  A man can dream.

Juve will receive city players (Bernardo silva, sterling) to replace cr7.

He starts in league game vs CSKA. This is Zenits new look 433 which I guess will be their main lineup this season if he does stay.

                      --------Barrios---------
                      Kuzyaev------Wendel

                      Malcom---Azmoun---Claudinho

I guess that defense will be raped in CL.

CSKA Moscow are the better team so far. Same old story for Zenit. Limited service for Sardar (even with their retooled midfield/wings).
