I dont see any chance of roma going for lacazette.

This is the same player that has greater salary than dzeko (whose salary was already an issue) and arsenal will ask for minimum of 10-15mio for him. And most importantly, mourinho doesnt rate him, and hasnt for many years...

Just an FYI that in this thread there are some comments about Gazetta Dello Sport having little inside information for Roma as they are not very connected to the club. It seems like they are not reliable for Roma transfer news according to some of the Roma fans in that thread, so I take these posts with a grain of salt. There’s no indication from Sardar or Zenit’s perspective that he is even considered to leave, and I don’t think we should hold our breath for a transfer.

'm sure it's an honour for him to be the plan B of such a big team that has dominated the football world for the last few years (even if he only made it to plan B after every striker turned them down). Well, if he is really plan B and the reporting of Gazzetta Dello Sport is accurate, then he may actually end up in Rome, given that Abraham prefers to stay in London and play for Arsenal/Tottenham. Quite understandable from Abraham's point of view, why leave London to play for a lesser team/competition over in Italy......

Sad that the story isn't the other way around: Sardar being wanted by Arsenal/Tottenham Arshavin (former Zenit/Arsenal player) had recommended Sardar to Arsenal a while ago, don't know why it never materialised.

i rather Sardar in Zenit hopefully playing his last year and in CL for next season than in likely chaotic Roma with tons of pressure on him..!!
just dont renew zenit contract and he will certainly get a more high profile and lucrative transfer next summer .....!! and who knows he may well yet move to a better team than Roma this summer..??

Well well, I am with those who believe that Sardar should stay at his current club especially now that we are about to head to another WC campaign.
Going to better leagues has not done anything good to most of our players. All it resulted has been lost confidence, exposure and poor performances in TM.

If something is not broken then don't change it.
