I think this season will be a lot better for him now that he has hopefully adapted and is there for a full pre-season. He has a lot of skill, just seems to lack confidence at times. Make us proud Ali!

People forget he is only 25, our youngest forward legionnaire or second youngest after Allahyar if you consider him target forward as well.

7-9 goals this season should be a very realistic and attainable goal for him. He was starting to hit his stride towards the end of the season and was doing great things besides scoring. His engine and work rate seems to be appreciated by the coaching staff as it should be

Ali Alipour once again scored in today’s friendly vs. Ferreira. They lost 2-1.

Their main striker is Cameroon guy Tagueu but it is weird they start 34 yrs old Costa over Alipour.
Anyway seems like Tagueu got injured.
