Excellent from Jafar. Really happy for him. He's a great kid also.

Regarding the LB/LWB discussion. He's definitely a natural winger and always has been. He did play LWB several times in for Sanat Naft, and a few times in a back 4. Gholizadeh also played LB in the PGPL but it's a different ball game in Europe. He's more suited as a winger but it's an option.

In the NT Milad Mohammadi and Omid Noorafkan are the two left backs for now. Omid has been LB all season for Sepahan and he's been terrific.

^ Yes Noorafkan is doing really well at Sepahan. He is playing more like a wing back.

Didn't watch the game but saw his goal. Great first touch with left foot and killed it with his right foot. I assumed that he is a left footer but seems he is comfortable with both feet. Amazing asset to have...

            WHAT A TALENT! :O

Signs are early, of course, but you just know that Salmani will be a huge hit in Portugal! Especially if his former coach rates him enough to take him from Sanat Naft to his current team Portimonense. Special talent, he really is.

              Good to know
can't wait for somebody half decent to feature at LW for TM..!! Milad is much more comfortable and formidable looking defending..! Amiri is too sar payeeni vision-less playing for my taste and he is sorta aging and getting on his last legs ? (i dont mind him as a hard working Midfield Destroyer in front of the back 4, still if he can keep himself in top fitness and form..!! but really besides high energy and hustle, these two offer little else on our attacking down left wing..!!
glad this kid made the early EU move and looking forward to have him cement his place in TM LW position soon..!! hopefully..?

I actually like(d) to see Omid develop as a defensive midfielder, we lack talent their.
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.
                  O.G from '97 & still here

He doesn't have enough composure for that. He's better off as a LB.

I don't want Noorafkan for LB or DM. He's an even weaker version of Hajisafi.
On the topic of Salmani, damesh garm for making the move and already impressing.

if salmani shows he can hang today (not necessarily goal or assist but in general a strong performance) he may actually be a lot closer to TM than we initially thought.
