Slim to none. If he was even remotely treated like the King he was, he may have considered it. But he was disrespected and undervalued by an incompetent federation and the clown show that is Iranian Sports media.

Lmao saw the score on flashscore and felt bad for him.

Doubt he will come back, he's too proud of a man and we have too many c*nts running things in Iran who don't want him back.

Now 6-1. They are completely soorakh. This may be CQ's last game in charge.

I’ll be very surprised if he’s not sacked - back to back really bad defeats

Equador was amazing. It's hard for any team to come back (including psychologically) from being down 0-2 in the first 10 min of the game. Even Jame's PK hit the woodwork and was nearly wide. Damn, I feel for CQ.

Terrible result and terrible performance. He is obv to blame in large part as head coach. The defending was amateur and didnt look like CQ team at all. Prior to this international break they seemed to be fairly stable overall, not sure what changed.

Part of the issue is that players have to buy into the system. Most of our players did a great job of that. Columbia has a much richer footballing tradition than we do. No way those players were going to buy into CQ’s ultra defensive tactics.

I dont think he is really setting up to play super defensive with them. It seems if anything the players/staff are unaware/unprepared. for opposition. Uruguay result is pretty normal for uruguay and colombia to exchange games like that (one wins, one loses, etc) but 6-1 vs ecuador is unheard of.

He needs to go back to his defensive style. He wants to hang onto the fans by playing attacking football but that’s not his style. Now the fans hate him cause he’s losing.

Poor guy. What’s going to be annoying is that the anti-CQ media and fans in Iran are going to say he’s washed up and overrated after this.
