Norgaard has started 3 games since his injury and they've won once and drawn 2 of them. Ghoddos is not the answer with his solitary assist and 3 goals in 31 appearances.

Someone mentioned it earlier, the loss of Henry is the key. Da Silva returning will provide a much needed boost.

Ghoddos hasn't played 31 full games. around 20 of those were just 5-20 minute appearances.

My only point is that a midfield of those three without ghoddos or da silva does not create enough danger.

looks he made a very positive impact when introduced.

He looks so much sharper than in past seasons with amiens the transformation is really so damn noticeable

            Highlights support my theory.

Ghoddos creating a lot of danger w/ toney.

            needs to start

In absence of DaSilva, saman is the next best player frank has in terms of providing some creativity & attacking teeth & proper passing & combination play in middle of the pitch ..!
W/o these guys they pretty much have to resort to good ol Championship kickNrush tactics ..! They are lucky they have Toney to bail their ass outa a embarrassing defeat in most matches ..! His efficiency rate up top is unreal, considering the often dog shitt service provided to him ..!

I think it has been a great season so far for Brentford - this is a team who has never played in the Premier League. In the last few seasons was notorious for being a team that played nice football and was well liked but ultimately seemed happy with there business model and that was priority over pushing for promotion.
Last season, as they were known for , they had a slow start to the season and started to build momentum towards the end. Especially with the restart of the league they went on a great run which put them in contention and then the last few games they threw it away. A win against Barnsley (who were in great form themselves) would have seen them promoted.
They are still in with a great shot , it would be hard for them to contend with Norwich and Watford (and to a slightly lesser extent Swansea also) as these teams have that experience of getting out of the Championship time and time before. Also with those two, after being relegated they received their ‘parachute payments’ from the Premier League which have them a head start. Both clubs also kept hold of some of there star players.
Norwich will run away with it but it will be close for second spot.

This twitter account is hilarious and pretty original. He tweets out an under-rated football player every day at 11am EST. Saman was his shout-out today, and Mehdi was his shout-out March 15th

our boy needs to Step Up his game though ...! especially heading down the late-season stretch..!
TBH, he's been blowing hotNcold of late..!!

he was pursued hard by brentford for couple of years and came to brentford amid much fanfair and high expectations .... its fair to say that he certainly hasnt yet lived up to his billing..! had fitness and league familiarity excuses early on... but now he needs to kick it into next gear and deliver on his promise and help the club promote hopefully..!!
Frank needs to afford him more trust and minutes too ... especially in a more attacking roles near the opponent's box...! he's been rather stingy on that front of late, which hasnt helped our boy get his shitt going finally @ full speed..!!
