The best part is that he didn't even miss a league match. He missed a cup match. Unfortunate that Porto lost the match, but Taremi should be back to help a covid-plagued Porto squad right now.

Another thing to note: If Olivieira is out once again, Taremi could possibly be taking penalties.

FC Porto with two returns to Faro and five casualties by covid-19: the state of play

Taremi and Otávio are available, but the second one still depends on how to perform after isolation.

Taremi and Otávio are back to the FC Porto team in the game that should take place on Monday, against Farense, after having missed the League Cup semi-finals with Sporting.

The Iranian striker was punished with a game by the FPF Disciplinary Board due to expulsion from Benfica following a foul on Otamendi. In Leiria, with Sporting, it was a major absence, not least because he was going through a great moment, having scored five goals in the last five games he played.

Sérgio Conceição has not done without the former Rio Ave, holder in the last seven games in which he was available. This after having been used as a substitute in nine of the first 10 games of the season. With nine goals in all competitions, Taremi leads, in partnership with Marega, the list of FC Porto's scorers this season.

FC Porto's deadliest duo is back: 11 goals, seven wins and a draw

The Iranian returns to the team after failing the game with Sporting, as punishment. With him and the Malian in front, FC Porto won seven times and drew in the recent classic with Benfica

The deadly duo is back against Farense. Taremi punished Sporting in the League Cup semi-finals after being sent off with Benfica, and will be an option for FC Porto's attack on Monday's match at Estádio de São Luís.

Good news for Sérgio Conceição, who will be able to bet on the duo formed by the Iranian and Marega. The two have, in fact, made a partnership with a very high success rate in the last month and a half, which coincided, precisely, with the best period of the team this season.

                  See you in Algarve

Rumors are that Porto are interested in a transfer for Jesse Lingard (lol).

Reportedly Lingard isn’t interested in a move abroad and wants to stay in Premier League.

A random question folks. How ARJ would/could fare with Porto, had he been transferred to Porto?

I think its very doubtful. Doesnt really fit their policy much and is a big downgrade on all their wing options. I think that Pepe winger from Gremio in Brazil is their most likely incoming.
