Interesting....they’re probably preparing to not have Kaveh for next year. Not a difference maker for Torabi’s case though since he isn’t a striker.

Bashar is real pro, learnt Farsi, accepted to play for PP with salary cut, didn't make much noises despite not being paid few times and really love Persepolis.
I wasnt a fan of another Iraqi joining our league because of previous issues but he has been excellent on and off the field.

                  Dear God,

I hope he doesn't ruin Jahanbakhsh's legacy there if he goes.

AZ has a strong vision on both youth & Dutch first division / eredivisie based talents aquisition. I don't see them buying an Iranian player straight out of IPL.
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

Wasn't he just confirmed for Perspolis? If it's true that he has proposals he should leave asap.

I could see them doing it given how much profit they made from Jahanbakhsh and given how talented Torabi has been in recent years.

But tbh, it's still unlikely due to Torabi's recent stagnation

Getting players from "exotic" countries such as Iran is a big risk (according to Dutch scouts), if AliReza was a precedent to acquire more Iranian players in the Dutch league, we would've seen them even before AliReza moved to Brighton.

Both AliReza & Gucci have played good season(s), but this is not enough for Dutch clubs to choose Iranian players that easy (sad enough!).
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.
