Should we really relieve portuguese medias? According to them taremi is on verge of signing in the top 4 portuguese teams, Alipour is negotiating with rio ave, MehrMo is going to saint etienne or braga(?), Niazmand and torabi had portuguese suitors, and sporting lisbon was considering ezzatolahi some years ago.
We are still waiting all these to occur.

Even taremi transfer to rio ave was first rumored in Iranian sites

Alipour is not negotiating with Rio Ave. He wishes.

seems it is moving close to completion.

This is actually very believable bc they have been chasing him for a really long time.

                    typically yes but now :
PP broke and cant pay branko back his money. Lawsuits/fifa fines, etc incoming. Government not willing to bail them out anymore. Selling alipour can quickly bring them around 1 million EU cash. That will solve a lot of their issues. If they have a brain they will insert a 15% sell on fee. Alipour will probably do well enough to get picked up by a vitoria guimaraes level team in the future.

CF position. Mehdi Abdi Qara + Arya barzegar (maybe a bit early for him to become a star) are two of the brightest youngsters in iran right now.

In this case, can't believe we are going to thank branko!

F.C. Paços de Ferreira are a very good team for Ali Alipour to start out with and they were very close to signing him in back in January. F.C. Paços de Ferreira play with their football with a lot of speed/aggressiveness (if you remember from their match against Rio Ave) and every player on that team has good pace. Persepolis are also getting a good financial deal as well from this potential transfer, rumored to be around €1M.

Here are some of Portuguese fans reactions to Ali Alipour in this thread:

I really like this player and I think that when he comes to Portugal he will triumph but I am only sorry that it is not in Farense.
When it comes, it will be a huge headache for opposing defenses.
I confess that I was already getting a little worried about the lack of reinforcement news, and for example we didn't take advantage of someone from Aves.
To be confirmed it will have to be taken into account a long time of adaptation and taken with a lot of patience, most likely to start to enter the game from the bank.

In my opinion now Paços needs one more center, two reserve sides, a creative and medium winger who makes 8 + 10 like Pedrinho and another who burns lines.
In theory it will be a good contract now in practice we will see how it will go. I like it when clubs bet on players from lesser-known leagues, so suddenly Slimani comes to mind where Sporting profited a lot from him and Taremi on Rio Ave who had an excellent season. None of them was a young promise, but they proved to have arguments to wreak havoc on our league.
It would be a good reinforcement for Rio Ave who, losing Taremi, will have to invest in a good PL for the competitions ahead and the Europa League qualifiers are already there, if Gelson Dala also does not stay in the Vila do Conde team it remains only with Bruno Moreira who, despite having a good PL, is no longer moving towards new and will clearly need to invest, which he can and must do with the amounts they will receive for Taremi and Nuno Santos.
This interest in this striker for me is proof that the tank will be otherwise I don't understand. A player who would be great to sign and who would perform instead of pedrinho was Rafael Rafael, who I think is at the end of his contract
This Alipour at Fm 20 in the first season almost always signs for Benfica ehehe

Based on your 1st link, it said that we can expect Alipour to arrive within the next 2 weeks and sign on a 2-year contract:

The striker, who can also play as a winger in either wing, is expected to arrive in Paços de Ferreira in the next two weeks to sign a contract for two seasons. Ali Alipour was already the target of the pacenses market last season, so without success.

This is terrific, but truly, TM needs more midfielders, defenders and keepers to move to Europe to improve ourselves as a whole. We have an embarrassment of riches up top (a good problem to have)!

A BOLA also reporting today that Shahriar Moghanlou is on Santa Clara's agenda. Also a Portuguese fan in the comment section recommended the 22-year centre-back Abolfazl Razzaghpour from Shahin Bushehr to them:

It was a beautiful signing for Santa Clara. I also recommend the young defender Razzaghpour

Maybe another centre-back we need to keep an eye on, just saying...

Amazing how Liga NOS teams are heavily interested in Iranian players now, thanks to Mehdi's and Mehrdad's efforts. All it takes is a few players to open doors for others...
