He isn’t an out and out striker though - he plays similar to Ghaedi or Mohebi as he is more comfortable on the wing and then cutting in.

He got an assist today but his team got battered 6-1 , they are struggling early in the season.

He has struggled this season in a higher league, no goals or assists yet, albeit at a struggling club. He couldn’t quite make it at Celta Vigo and was given opportunities too. He has also been scouted by better German teams than Ingolstadt but came down with Covid (had it quite bad) and injuries which scuppered any chance of a move.

He plays in a position in which we have a lot of talent , he likes to come infield off the wing and is pacy and has a good eye for goal, good passing skills etc. His one downfall is his physicality , he can be bullied off the ball too easy.

Much respect to him though and he is very proud of his heritage .

Underrated on this board. 3. Bundesliga is no joke (just look at the teams) - there's a reason even the 3rd Bundesliga gets English commentary live and is scouted all over Europe.

Even better, this is 2. Bundesliga.

Yes and Nürnberg is a club that forever alternates between lower table 1. Bundesliga and top of the table in the 2nd Bundesliga.

So his MOM performance against Nürnberg demonstrates his quality.

Is this really so? If so he should be able to work on that. After all he neither looks weak, nor is he objectively built weak: he's 182 cm and 79 kg, that's basically ideal stats for a footballer and his looks and moves are quite athletic.

The games I have seen him play - his biggest issue has been when he has come against bigger central defenders. For an example, The play off game when they didn’t go up - in the first leg he had little impact on the game as the defenders just used their strength to get him out of the game. The manager benched him for the second game because of this and he came on as a sub towards the end of the game and used his pace to good effect.
