The Sun is reporting that Knockaert was at Fulham Friday night for his physical and that a deal is imminent. Under the deal, Brighton loans him out for next season for 4 million pounds and then they have a choice of returning the player back to Brighton or pay and additional 6 million pounds and keeping him.

the sun is one of the most useless and wrong tabloids in england. Most sources are reporting it is a loan and the option to buy is compulsory. AT any rate, although brighton fans have an emotional fetish for him, it seems that the more objective board and coach saw that his ceiling was the championship and he could be sold for good money. Hope they reinvest it is a quality defensive midfielder
