Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's an undisclosed fee, however his market value is 1,50 Mill. €. Somewhere around that ballpark...?

Ali Freydoon signs with Al-Shahania of Q-League.

He is of Iranian decent born in Kuwait.

He plays forward and will be a teammate of Ramin Rezaian this year.

Visa the last hurdle for Salimi!
        Oficrete

In the final line is the movement of Iman Salimi to OFI. The Cretan PAE managed to find a way to overcome the obstacle with the embargo imposed on Iran, with the clause being paid through the player.

The last thorn left to make up for the stupor is his visa, which is very time consuming in these countries.

It usually takes up to a week, as it has to be approved by all 28 EU countries after submitting a request for its extradition to the Greek consulate.

The only thing that concerns OFI, which has initiated all the procedures, is that they will not be delayed more than normal and the player will miss the deadline of August 31st.

If all goes smoothly, Salimi will be a player for OFI in the next few days.

Best centre back in the Iranian league without a doubt, by a long way.

nice..! can't wait for him to unseat that greedy, ayrab-money-chasing PAG outa TM starting line up..!!

from the vid, seems to have bit of heavy first touch..! but at least he shows smart positioning and good poise in possession and more importantly lacks that typical irani tunnel-vision ..!
i assume he'd fair well in greek league too, since it aint a big step up from PGL's overall quality..! but will improve his consequent EU marketability by 10 folds..!
hopefully him or Hossaini get a SerieA move soon...!! havent followed that league's action in ages and only a homie playing there could get me to

He was part of that U17 squad with Majid, Ezatolahi, Gholizadeh, Moharrami etc. He was seen as one for the future. He was called up by Wilmots in the last camp. Was alwayd surprised Queiroz never called him up.

Another shameful waste of money. Horrible.

Wow this would be awesome if true Liga adelante would be a great place for him to start off in Europe. Let’s hope he doesn’t get too money hungry and opt for Qatar....
