Very hard for me to decide between Daei, Bagheri, Azizi, Mahdavikia and Dejagah.

My absolute favorite is no one but sir Karim Bagheri!

You guys who never got to see him play when he was at his top form (27-30ish), really missed something!

Very well said. and if you want to show the world you are a proud Iranian, the most recognizable name on the back would have to be Ali Daei!

Daei - Loved the guy till the end, even had a lot of arguments with various people from 2004 to 2006 when most people in Irankicks and PFDC were against him.

                  Karimi

He was the most fun player to watch. There was a time where he would dribble past anyone.

Despite how he has acted since retiring, with the memories and skill on the pitch, Ali Karimi is still my all time favorite soccer player ever.

Almost everyone voting here is probably only old enough to have watched our players since '98 or thereabouts.

Hassan Rowshan, the most gifted/talented player Iran has ever produced. If not for his chronic knee issues, and the 1978 mayhem, who knows?

                            Definitely one of my favorites.
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.
