You think so? I can't imagine that, I think Qatar will have at least an opinion on this topic.

FIFA is in the pockets of UAE and KSA.

          Read these:

          https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/01/s...022-qatar.html

          https://www.axios.com/qatar-world-cu...29a6f1790.html

If Qatar itself didn't have tons of money, they would have lost it already.

They'd have the same problems as Qatar tho in regards to extreme summer heat, which is why they lost it in the first place

We shouldn’t even host Bangladeshi U12 supercup for as long as women aren’t allowed in our stadiums and our infrastructure is unattended to

None of that will change until we are granted one of these tournaments.
For example World League Volleyball and FIBA allowed important tournaments and games to be held in Iran with the condition that Iran allow women in.

And the stadiums wont' be fixed until there is an imperative for them to do so. The authorities don't care to make it an enjoyable atmosphere for Iranians, but they don't want to be embarrassed any more in front of foreigners.

So it will be only Iran, Iraq, Lebanon and Hazara Refugees.

I don't think Azerbaijan "Snubs" will participate.

                      Bahrain wouldn't dare to participate.

                      Yemen too busy with war.

So maybe Iraq will come with separate teams one for Najaf, another for Karbala and possibly one from Basra

It will be a dream come true if Iran can host any major sports event. I'll even travel to Iran.

                          TM4lifejan,
Have come across references to Bangladesh on this forum, not cool, if we could focus on ourselves we might get to higher places.

As for not hosting anything until women are allowed into stadium, not just super well behaved female football family members taking up 1/10th of stadium, is a good deal.
Keep calm and believe in Fairies and Footballers Roxanaz

Im suprised at you guys lack of support, FIFAs instagram account just posted a pic from the Esteghlal Tractor match applauding the attendance, us hosting the confed cup is not as far fetched as some of you believe but in order to get it we all have to support the idea not redicule it.

How gullible we are. Cute thought though, gotta give it to you Ejdeha jaan!

You're forgetting about other factors my brother. Attendance is not the sole focus of FIFA or any other sport. Copyrights compliance, Decent infrastructures, gender gender discriminatory laws, alcohol sale prohibition, poor pitch quality, insufficient stadium lighting, sanctions etc. There are tons of barriers for us not qualifying for such tournaments.
