TM coaching job does not tempt me at all.

That does not translarte to " not tempt me at all" . What it means if he take TM job , it has to be friendly and agreeable departure because he like Sepahan.

If he is not interested simply will say no and there is no need for second meeting.

Tabesh is repeating adamantly Sepahan is strongly against GN departure for TM. Being against is not the same as " will never release ..."
Never released imply Sepahan has total control over departure of GN ( if he decides) . Should GN decide to leave unfriendly he will resort to cancellation clause in his contract.

In his interview GN said he has been loyal with clubs he had coched and never left them for better offer without understanding .

There are consensuses in Iran of 3 Iranian coaches capable to coaching TM . Daei , GN, Golmo.
Yahya : wanted the job but scared and said it's too early for him.
Daei : Wants the job butdoes not get along with IFF & SM ( politics)
GN : want the job and looking for a safe way out of Sepahan.
They all want the job but IFF officials are incompetence and lack authority to make decision remove obsticle.
