I don't think that has a lot to do with training. It's mental! He needs to work on his nerves.

im not so sure its nerves thats the source of his finishing problem.. ! on the contrary, more often than not its his nonchalant approach or him trying too hard to approach it too calm and cool that ultimately causes him to miss out on the small window of opportunity one gets to finish off those 1V1s..! or overthinking it..?

What ever it is, one thing is clear! We will never have another finisher with killer instinct like Ali Daei. and the guy came to his top form as late as 26. Imagine what would have happened if he was discovered earlier and gone to Europe when he was at the same age as when Azmoun went to Europe.

Defiantly wasn’t easy. He was sprinting full speed with his hips pointed towards the corner flag. Very hard to adjust body at that speed. This team really needs Marchisio back.

Hotly contested game.... with Zenit forcing the tempo and pressing attack for the opener ..!

these are the sorta games that if he scores his rating as a striker will soar..!! he looks lively and up for it..!!
hopefully in 2nd half he gets a few decent services .... so far nothing notable has been handed to him in terms of quality service... often he is marked tight by 2-3 defenders..!!
but zenit wingers could do much better with their shitty, and often way too late crosses into the box for him to latch on to ..!!

PEJ, do you know why Marchisio isn’t playing? I was watching clips of his Juventus preformance last night and he can play that killer pass. Marchisio played alongside Pirlo, so he knows good passes/through balls.
