Erokhin and dzyuba missed the best chances by far.

azmoun had one shot from really hard angle he didnt hit well off target, one kind of half chance deflection he was a cm away from poking in, one snap shot on turn that went over.

Its so funny that some people wait like hounds for the 2-3 games he doesnt score to come say hes bad and overrated, then disappear for months when hes in form scoring and performing in CL, run in for title, etc.

In general, zenit are far below the levels they showed during CL campaign. Today they failed to get early goal and ufa packed all 11 guys in the box essentially, and of course zenits lack of a true playmaker in the center meant they would struggle to break that block down.

If there were any rating system that includes all time Iranian football players and the rating for being among top players of the world was from 1-10, none of them will appear to top. Ali Daei is the only player with really special talents that make him very close to top (9), But honestly no other players has ever been over 7.
I mean even top players like Firmino are around 9. So what do you expect from some middle level laghlagho players like Sardar? They do their best but they are just as good as 6-7 !

saw some of the 1st half too and offensively zenit looked completely toothless and nearly conceded on counters almost a handful of times too..!
Once Sardar got in it was pretty much a 1 way traffic on UAF and many half chances created but no goal..! Sardar often sucked in many defenders with good positioning but DZuba was outa sink and eurokin missed quiet a few that fell on his feet..!!
thats 4points now pissed away at home and their commanding lead top of the table has vanished as a result.... they can ill afford to bench him anymore..!!

I didn’t get to watch the game as I was at work but judging from the stats looks like just one of those games.
Not surprised about them firing properly after the winter break , will take a bit of time. Plus there has been some illness going around the team last few weeks, when Sardar is fully fit and back in match shape he will smashing those goals away again.

This is hypocritical coming from you, as you criticize Abedzadeh to no end irrespective of the quality of his performances.
