lol we are not guaranteed a spot in the semi's just yet. anything can happen especially in the 2019 Arab Football Corruption (AFC) Asian Cup

although i don't think there is an 'easy' bracket as smaller nations, especially arabs turn into brazil/germany when they play us, due to the fact that they have the ref in their pocket and obviously because they envy us, but id much rather play stronger teams that get world recognition like australia, korea, japan, saudi and beat them. if we can't beat any of these teams then we can't call ourselves the best in asia, unless we get ben williamed yet again

There is actually a strong chance that only one Arab team make it past the Round of 16.

From the left bracket, both Jordan and Saudi will be eliminated in the hands of Vietnam and Japan respectively.

From the right bracket, only Qatar will make it out. UAE will have a tough time against Kyrgyz and will bout out.

Oman is much easier for TM to win against than likes of Qatar, kSA, Iraq Syria for example. So we very lucky to play Oman I am sure we will beat them, if no more distractions like the one by Khiabani.

To Beat IRAN you have to SCORE on us ... how easy is that ??? Ask Portugal, Spain and Morrocco
These team are gonna park the bus against us and hope to get a counter or three in the second half ....
Most of them will try to drag us to Penalties .... this is why CQ HAS TO make the team attack in a way that we get an early first half goal ...
Because going into penalties, means we will be playing an extra 30 minutes in each knock out match .... no team wants that.

We must , we should,,,,, all fine and dandy but we need to analyze how the 3 teams in their group (every team) scored on them. where is their weak spot ? side or middle or long passes and break ins? The fact that 3 teams scored on them and it was not only Japan, it means they have an opening.
