Obviously Beiro is still ahead in the depth chart but Abedzadeh reminds me of Ospina

Considering we are playing more attacking we should be fine. A holding striker is not as important in a attacking 4-3-3 setup.

I think we played REALLY WELL
We had so much possession than I can remember

Ghoddos is amazing
Gholi is great
MOM is solid as usual
Defense in my opinion was great as usual
Dejageh still has a half in him
Shojaie needs to be out - all he does is foul

Torabi with a terrible pass at the end but decent win.
We need way more clinical play in the final 3rd.
Moharrami was wonderful along with Ezatollahi, Hosseini, and Ebrahimi.
Gholizadeh and Taremi were good and bad.
Ghodoos needs more time.
Worst player today unfortunately was Ghafouri. Shojaei didn't play much but he was really bad.
Abedzadeh is not great on crosses either.

1. The guy was soooo Zedeh iran
2. The guy was unfair towards our plays
3. He made a huge deal of ANY uzbek move
4. He said "ghoddos DOBAREH takravai kard" ... I don't understand our pure DISLIKE of any sort of individual play
5. He never commented on how well we kept possession

tbf he had a few suspect moments especially towards the end of the game where he came off his line barley got to the ball and got lucky it bounced upward awkwardly off the uzbek forwrd's head. another one was the cross that came in from the right side in the first half (think it was ghafouri who got mixed) he was positioned off on that too. had a few decent saves as well and I wouldn't say he did poorly but by no means was that a good performance or one that should be praised.
