Appearantly Östersund is under investigation from FIFA because they sold Ghoddos to Amiens. It seems like Huesca filed the complaint to FIFA, and it involves both Östersund and Amiens.
I saw this in swedish news:

I just hope this doesn't affect Ghoddos negatively.
