I hope Brighton ends up in the top 8 this season and Alireza plays a big role for his club doing well.

Although not online through BBC website so you'll need to find a dodgy stream of BBC Sussex radio. Failing that, we can all watch the running ball graphic on betting websites and pretend one of the dots is ARJ.

In other news, trains are a shambles this weekend so my journey to the Fulham game is now going to have to involve 5 hours of driving and, as a result, no beers. If ARJ doesn't come on at all, I will probably start supporting Crystal Palace out of spite.

I see the game listed on the sidebar of r/soccerstreams

    So, there's hope.

I have had my run-ins with Hoorad/Leicester City before, so thank you but don’t worry about the warning!

Either way I think it’s an important reminder for everyone (myself included) that sometimes things on the internet aren’t exactly what they seem. It’s very easy to see something that validates an opinion you hold and to take it as fact before checking to make sure it’s really as it seems. I think that’s a mistake we all make sometimes, no matter our age.

I think you’ll be very disappointed if you expect the game to take place in a packed stadium

I would expect the crowd to be in the 10-15,000 range

Woah, that’s pretty crap! Where are you travelling from? Sucks that you won’t be able to relax and have a beer before & after the game (we keep the concourse open afterwards so people can enjoy a drink). Hopefully ARJ gets a proper runout for your efforts! Do you know about the Park & Ride scheme?

No. Many teams use it as an opportunity to play youngsters/B-team.

Edit: sorry. Misunderstood the question, I thought you were asking if any team cares!

League Cup winners receive £100,000 prize money (awarded by the Football League) with the runners-up receiving £50,000, considered relatively insignificant to top-flight teams

Most teams do not have the resources to field competitive teams for a cup run and their League. It is too much to ask your main starters to play at their best for that many games so most teams just use it to test young players and get some match time for bench players. Big teams have so many good players that even their backups can dominate.
