Phil Neville being linked heavily. Would definitely have the right experience to manage ARJ's sensitive emotions and confidence what with coming from managing the England Women's team.

Nah, that was his brother Gary Neville. Fun fact - their dad is called Neville Neville.

An early appointment would be much better as it will give the new manager a whole transfer window to bring in the players that he wants and also a full pre season to adapt the team to their playing style.
It puts Swansea in a difficult position. They NEED to get back up in two, possibly three seasons, for [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. (that includes the last season, so it is now next season)

It may have occurred to them a certain Chris Houghton might get them back up?

Albion remain confident of bringing in Potter and his coaching staff, despite having an initial approach knocked back. The process of securing clearance to open negotiations with Potter has been left in a holding pattern by the fact Swansea’s joint owners are on opposite coasts of the USA, one in Los Angeles.

Hughton being linked with the Baggies job. He would shore up that defence and has a great record in the Championship, they stand to lose a lot of players this summer through loans finishing etc.

    Fun fact

    Brighton's winning percentage with JB in the starting line-up : 41.7% (5-1-6)
    Brighton's winning percentage without JB in the starting line-up : 15.4% (4-8-14)

This heat map of ARJ's location during matches sums up ARJ's season in a nutshell:

At AZ, he was a solid right winger and knew his role (as did his teammates).

At BHAFC, he was instructed to be everywhere at any given time.

No wonder the poor guy had no goals or any service. Neither he, nor his teammates knew where he needed to be at any given time. This is all at CH's feet.
