Did his wife really say that or is it one of those rumours again?
If true, wives and family members shouldn't interfere, situation is complicated enough.
    He can speak for himself.
Keep calm and believe in Fairies and Footballers Roxanaz

he has a kid now, so maybe his priorities has changed.

i honestly think he woulda had far more of an impact than Ansarifard did in all of our WC matches...!! and he certainly deserved @ a very least 10-15min of playing minutes off the bench, late on vs Portugal, in a must win situation that we were in..!!
CQ woulda been fired Looong ago as a TM coach, had he not, almost single handily, save his ass in the 2014 WCQs and beyond time and again...!
all that aside, his TM career was pretty much Finished for all intended purpose After WC18 and he himself had come to the same conclusion, hence why he retired and only mildly publicly lamented his Total exclusion@ WC afterwards..!!
he is still a top class TM hero in my eye and his expected retirement hasnt dented my respect and love for him..!!
          FOREVER Reza :

He'd perfectly fit into a team like Houston Dynamos or even Vancouver
