That money should go into two things:

    1. CQ's new contract

    2. Whichever youth development program pumped out gholilzadeh, ezzatolahi, shariati, delfi, etc

I agree completely with your second statement , there is obviously a very talented pool of young players coming through in Iran, let's put money to develop more up and coming players. How've many kids at the moment will be inspired by Beiro and where he came from , perfect timing.

Iran as usual won't recieve any of that money due to sanctions.

I'd be more worried about internal corruption than sanctions

Croatia football team to donate World Cup prize money to needy children fund

Coach of the team calls on politicians to refrain from exploiting team’s success

In a commendable gesture, all the players and coaching staff of the Croatian national football team decided to donate their 2nd spot share of the Russian World Cup prize money pool to the special charity funds for Croatian children.
The players say that many Croatian families are living in very harsh times, with many of them not even having visited the sea.
The fund will be financing summer holidays for children.

It should be noted that the prize fund of the World Cup this year amounted to 400 million dollars.
The coach of the team, Zlatko Dalić, asked politicians not to use the victory of the athletes for self-promotion and noted that Croatia is a poor country,

which is why they have decided to donate the prize money to charity.

              Zlatko Dalic - Croatia - 550,000 €

              Carlos Queiroz - Iran - 1.9 M€

              .

CQ has been the best ROI for IFF EVER!! We qualified to TWO World Cups earning IFF $18million Dollars in addition to whatever money we get for TWO AFC Asian Cups as well, so basically CQ has covered his own salary , with nothing out of pocket for IFF!! This is Awsome ROI!!

^That's like saying since Apple made 230 billion dollars in 2017, paying their CEO $20 billion would be an awesome ROI.

Not that I disagree with CQ's salary, but your logic is a bit crooked.

Croatia dedicating its entire 23 million Euros to children's charity is an amazing gesture by the team. Kudos to them for both their amazing display throughout the tournament, and now this donation. Dameshoon garm!

The players didn't want their FA to touch the money.
The FA and the players and the government are all very bad with each other, to a point that it makes our IFF look very jolly.

LOOOL and we have been thinking we got it bad. Well they're in the bottom 3 poorest European countries, so it all makes sense (Bribery, extortion, stealing etc)

Where do you get that from? They're not even in the bottom 10!

Croatia is not a poor country by any means. I think you mix them up with Kosovo.

IFF should use the fund to pay CQ's salary until 2022, and also arrange a couple of top-notch friendlies ahead of the AC 2019. (Current evidence shows Japan will win it all.)
