    Majid Hosseini

    Speaking to Tehranto today. We are in agreement that he needs a compilation video.

    Is anyone interested in doing a compilation video for his season with Esteghlal and after the WC?

    The reason I bring this up is because Torabi, Gholizadeh, Delfi, Shariati all have videos on YouTube and nowadays European scouts are looking to see a compilation of the players. This is the reason the 4 mentioned players have been scouted by European clubs.

    It would be great if someone could do this and possibly have a hand in the development of one of our most talented centre backs!

    just for the record he has some offers from EU clubs already and said he will decide on them after WC. There is a real possibility that he leaves SS in the summer .

      This is very true! Many scouts go to YouTube in the digital era to get insight on a player.

      We have some great video editors here - so hopefully one steps up to the plate.

        Absolutely, but maybe some clubs haven't seen him yet, the more exposure he can get, the better.

            Jury is still out on Majid Hosseini's spot for the starting line-up, but if he could make the cut and start next to Pouraliganji and they combined to kill it at the world cup, and then both made European moves that would be a dream!

              He's link up play still scares with PAG since they lack experience, but hopefully they'll gain some chemistry over the 2 friendlies

                We hopefully will have three solid CD in Majid Hosseini, PAG and Taha for the next 7-8 years and more.
                I am sure Majid Hosseini will have a great future, not many CD get the chance to play in WC at the age of 21! Usually coaches are very caution regarding to this position and going after more experienced/aged ones.
                One Great Hosseini retires and we will hopefully have another great one in Majid!

                  Taha is an upcoming one - and St Mark listed another great one at the U16 level.

                  We will see. But last world cup, we were all very worried about the CB issue as well as we thought our guys were too slow and not many people were high on Amir Hossein Sadeghi and some people were pissed about Pooladi! Who ended up being probably our best player in the tournament.

                    People may forget but Majid Hosseini was EXCELLENT in the U17 World Cup vs. the likes of Argentina et al.

                    He was probably our best player alongside Sadegh Mohrammi and Ali Hamazi.

                    So I know he can fill in the role and plays big on an international competition.

                      ali hazami was such a wasted talent. I remember he impressed in a trial for Lille a couple years ago but couldnt move due to visa issues
