I did watch most of the game live and I did not like the way we played in every line. We did not have a " real MF player" , Defense was, as usual, bad and offence what offense?

If we play like this we have a hard time defending versus Saudi.

Chinese team member Zhang Yuning: The Iranian team is a strong team in Asia, so we want to get a start, we also performed very well, but as the game progressed, they are indeed a strong team and they are back. But I am very happy that we have kept the victory to the end.
Iranian coach Kranjica: I think the game is just like what we have seen. This is a high quality competition and the fans enjoy it. The Chinese team performed better in the first half, and we were better in the second half. The Chinese team is definitely the strength of the Asian Games, we respect the Chinese team. At the same time, I am satisfied with the performance of our team, because they are mostly U21 players. The quality of this game is very good. It would be better if the ball hitting the goalpost could be scored in the second half.

Kranjcar still does not know what is his best D line and even at this stage experimenting.
His recent D line:

Aghajanian-Arta-Aghasi-Rahimi
Abbasian-Aghajanian-Aghasi-Moslemi.
Aghajanian-Aghasi-Rahimi-Razaghpour

He has chosen Rahimi over Gholami who did not do well but Rahimi is slow and Aghasi makes costly mistakes.

Mehdikhani as DM is a bad idea he is RW . Today MF was a mess. Hopefully, Zamehran will recover.
Today their Jersey # was weird, but it won't confuse Saudi if that was the intention.

Yesterday against China Iranian D line was shakey and porous speacilly at left side.

Razaghpour has been used as LB and as a DM in previous games but unsuccessfully in both positions. The best choice was Darakhshanmehr from Zobahan who is a starter for his club and was invited by Kranjcar. Intentionally or not he was not impressed by Kranjcar and not in the final list.
If Razaghpour is the starter against Saudi then slow Rahimi may not be the best choice for CB position because Saudi plays fast and passing games mostly.
Abbasian, Razaghpour,& Aghasi are from the same D line that lost 6:5 to Saudi U19 Asian game.

Kranjcar prefers strong physical players at MF , and that is why he uses Razaghpour and Mehdikhani as MF & DM position. His preference was Taheran and Shojaei( he played yesterday for Nasaji). Unfortunately, he does not have in his squad creative player at MF. one reason Chamanian has success is his selection of good MF players.

There is no Bavieh type player with U23 but should Zamehran fully recover he might be very helpful.

Two games versus Iraq was helpful but Saudi style is very different than Iraq, Iraq plays much like Iran while Saudi plays much like Uae and Qatar.
China game is going to help U23 against N Korea.

Iran will win against N Korea and Myanmar , they just need to play their best in the first match.

دومین تمرین تیم ملی فوتبال امید صبح امروز زیر نظر کرانچار برگزار شد.



به گزارش سایت رسمی فدراسیون، دومین تمرین تیم ملی فوتبال امید جهت رقابت با عربستان، اولین حریف خود در رقابتهای آسیایی جاکارتا، زیر نظر کادر فنی پیگیری شد.
در این تمرین بازیکنان پس از گرم کردن و نرم دوی، به دو گروه تقسیم شده و بنرامه هایی که کادر فنی برایشان در نظر گرفته بود را انجام دادند.
همچنین عصر امروز کادر فنی یک دوره کلاس آنالیز برای بازیکنان در نظر گرفته شده است که در این کلاس آخرین نکات مربوط به بازی برابر عربستان مطرح می شود.
