Can someone explain the situation ? this is a normal u-23 asian cup and the winner makes it to the olympic games ? and at the olympic games 3 seniors can be used right?

They started to press very high and intense in first 15 min, it was obvious they run out of gas fast.
Allahyar was our best offensive player so far, Mehdikhani doing well as. Not much impressed by Shekari and Mohebi.
