Fantasy List Prediction for December 2017

As most of you have seen our beloved member, "Z Joon" 's recent post in the thread of "TM-News- Vol.3" on page 35. He displayed a video in which CQ has announced his preparation plan for the World Cup in Russia in 2018. His plan for next month in December is to release a list of 38 players who could be in final list of 23 players for the World Cup, and include 10 more players as by-standers (Back-ups). That means 48 players will be announced probably in December and he will only be training and focusing on those 48 players, before releasing the official WC list whenever we get closer to the submission date.

The purpose of this thread is to see what our members can predict for the upcoming month in terms of the 48 players for the official preliminary squad of the 2018 World cup in Russia. So members show us your 48 players, and we can start critisizing ourselves before critisizing CQ on his version of the list. At the end of day, CQ is King when he reveals that new list and all members of PFDC shall respect those players, regardless if they truly deserved to get called up or not. Because we truly need to make history by going beyond the group stage and showcase our talent to the world, and beyond this forum.

48 is too many fucking players for me to predict. I can give my final 23 . This is what I would do, not what I think CQ would do.

GK : Beiranvand , Haghighi, Mazaheri

DEF : Rezaeian, Ghafouri, Jalal Hosseini, Montazeri , Pouraliganji , Cheshmi , Milad Mohammadi , Hajsafi

MID : Ezatolahi, Karimi , Ebrahimi , Shojaei , Dejagah

FWD : Azmoun , Gucci, Ansarifard, Taremi, ARJ , Ghoddos , Torabi

My major omission is Kaveh Rezaei who I really do rate as a player. So proud of him for going to belgium and killing it there, he deserves to be in this list. Unfortunately we only have 23 players. Azmoun, Gucci, Karim are locks for striker spot. So it was between Kaveh and Torabi and I took Torabi because I think the chances of us even playing our 4th choice striker at all are slim, and Torabi is better than him on the wing, and a better dribbler, more chance to effect the game off the bench by himself, whereas Kaveh relies on service. Also Torabi has been with squad longer. Ali Alipour could have also made this squad, but I havent seen enough of him in TM to put him in the list if the final 23 was released tomorrow.

So on standby I would have Kaveh Rezaei and Ali Alipour

I would Alipour with his current goalscoring form. He has the pace, which is a little different to what we have with Sardar and Gooch, so he gives us a different option with 20 minutes to go in a game.

I think if amiri is left out of the squad ( which I doubt bc of CQ's fetish with him ) then the final spot on the list should really be between Torabi, Rezaei, and Alipour. I lean Alipour/Torabi.
