    And a friendly advice:

Let's remain objective when evaluating a player. Basing the entire life of a player on a single game is wrong. We should now grow. As our TM is progressing to a regular face in world cup and becomes professional; we should also grow with it and stay away from emotions and instant day by day judgements. Please rewind and read our old posts. Many of us that now speak about bringing back likes of Pouladi or etc; had claimed that this new defence is a impenetrable defence and we will win the cup like Greece.

I watched 90 last week and was laughing my head off when the analyzer was speaking of the defence line like it wasn't earthly. Watch 90 next week and you will see how our judgements are emotional and have a shelf life of a week or so hehe. Part of it is our culture and part of it is the raised expectations. It is a simple fact that when our team defends, it is a strong defensive team that is very hard to score on. When our team changes formation to a more offensive style, there seems to be a lack of communication between the midfield and frontline. That is why CQ is preferring its infamous defensive style over any other formation. He himself said he is looking for a leader on the pitch. Until then we have to rely on what we are best at: Defend and Counter.

Now my suggestion is to be balanced and humble at all times. Being objective and looking at the big picture; can place our fan base at a professional level like UK and Germany. That way the fan could be the 12th man on the pitch helping the team. Such growth cam also teach tolerance, proper proportional expectations, no conspiracy theory view and in general a fan base culture closer to the top teams in the world.

Let us not make a knight overnight so we reduce it to a mule next day. Always remind yourselves that there was less than a day time between long live & down with Mosadeq. The coaches learn from games and we shall improve every day as we are getting near the big day. Cheers

IMO we should test Kamyabinia in some friendly matches as he's a great DM a natural DM unlike HajSafi and also he can play both defence and attack really good. He will hopefully regain his form back in Perspolis a Kamyabinia Ezatolahi DM pair-up sounds good to me tbh.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies.

All Midfielders who want to be in TM must really watch the video of every game that Ando and Neku played and learn from them. (Besides what a coach an teach them)

Kamyabinia shoukd definitely get a chance, Ebrahimi us my number on choice next to Ezatolahi though. When Montazeri , Ezatolahi and Ebrahimi get back we will get stronger in the centre of our defence and midfield

Besides we have Mohammadi now who is a much better LB.

Unfortunately after each good match he plays, he is poor/average for 3-4 next matches. He is brilliant for AZ but really under-performs for TM, it's very bizarre.
He has to step up, and hopefully he does otherwise I don't see why someone like Torabi shouldn't get more playing time than he's getting now instead of JB.
Jahanbakhsh doesn't perform for TM because CQ's playing style is defensive minded and in the AFC against minnows / average teams the spaces are very narrow and packed.

For AZ in the Eredivisie, he can move around freely in the opponents area because the league is generally much more offensive minded.

But despite that he has been below par for TM and he was very frustrating to watch with his continuously failed crosses, passes and attempts to dribble the Syrian defenders.

The only thing that keeps him in the starting line up is that he is a very hard worker and shows flashes of brilliance here and there. He scores from the most impossible ranges, and also takes miserable shots on target.

JB was very average at best during this qualifications. Had one or two good matches, i agree with Z regarding to this!

He wasn't fantastic but saying he doesn't perform is very subjective.

If you pay attention to the game JB will be at our own box when we are defending and makes so many crucial tackles and doubles. So infact he is performing well depending on what you are expecting from him.

He is a huge help on the defense and he keeps the opponent left backs busy because he is a threat at all times still offensively.

Not even Israel would do this to us in a soccer match even though we have bad relations, WTF SYRIA after all the support... Azmoun was right about these fuckers!

Luckily Australia will crush these fuckers. Can't wait to enjoy that. The farther they make it, the more heartbreaking it will be for them. If they every actually made it to WC by some miracle, they would be crushed so badly it would actually hurt the morale of the country.

They should not fly too close to the sun like Icarus. They are being really cocky right now about the luckiest game of their lives. Their reality check will be painful. They are a minnow riding a wave into a giant wall.
