Why do soccer headcoaches/managers in Iran frequently switch clubs?!

In my opinion it is better to keep them on a specific team for several years at a time with demand for making steady improvements. Of course the initial hiring of these managers should be done with enough research and careful consideration to insure the choice is a good fit. Would love to hear your takes on the issue and suggestions for improvement.

Insanity = doing circular/same things and expecting different results/improvements.

IR is an insane and delusional system. Thank God for CQ

Like Tehranto said, it's an insane system filled with money hungry lunatics. I wish of day where contracts become similar to the of the NBA/NFL.
3-5 year deals with guaranteed money. buyout clauses in case you fire the coaches. collective bargaining agreements.

Iran is just not organized to have such a structure. Need to destroy the root of the problem first before fixing other aspects

Because no such thing as "long term" exists in Iran. Of course except for the IR occupation. Just look at TM coach, no long term before King Q.

Are you saying that IR actually runs day to day club soccer proceeds in Iran? Even if so, what strategic advantage do they gain by steadily shifting managers around? Not insane if this is about influence control, so nobody gets too popular.

Many clubs have too much instability and are in a bad financial state. Daei f.e. left Saba and Naft due to the club being financially broken although he did a decent job at both clubs.

That is one thing hiring some coaches like Bonacic who don't have much to offer is another..

Because Iran football is weak and is not stable hence coaches can't stay a long time they don't get paid on time and also to much bashi ye hence they keep switching and the top two are gelnoei and Daei

It's coaching recycling too. So no coach gets to learn or develop players or gets to leave a legacy. Basically how Iran as a country is run today. Deymi!

because we have unprofessional league which there is not stability, no budget, no money , no plan, and most importantly no MANAGEMENT!!

this leads to short term contract both for players and managers.
                    IRI = FAILED

The term "contract" is a joke in Iran. Party bazi and bribery runs rampant. Hell look at our players, they pretty much just pack up and leave giving the bird to the team they are playing for. Shekari being the latest example.

maybe the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. Maybe they get a little more money. but anyway the president needs to be replaced.

Let them be hungry and beg for jobs and rub some avocados to get the job. If any group has the potentials of getting stronger collectively and getting popular are soccer layers and associated support staff.. This way they're controlled and won't even think of creating a union, raise a voice when they must, etc etc.

I think it's control by chaos method devised by some untalented people at the top.

So Ghale'noi just earned Tractorsazi an ACL spot by finishing third in the top domestic league, but then suddenly quits. You'd think he should have stayed on the job for chance to steer a team at the continental level. He had been at Tractorsazi since 12/2015, which makes 18 months.
