Perspolis took their foot off the gas, otherwise it could have gotten really ugly for Foolad. Perspolis still has a lot of room to improve. but they are heading in the right direction. Soroush looks like he is really at home with his new club. He is surrounded by some good players and has a pretty good coach and great staff on the bench. hope he takes advantage of his opportunity.

happy for Alipour. didn't like what happened to him in the last game, but today he played for 90 minutes and scored his first goal of the season. Hopefully he continues to score. it really helps when other forwards score goals as well, instead of waiting for Taremi or a defender off a corner kick.

      Ahhh!...

That good feeling you get when you're ahead by 4 points as league leaders

Congrats to all Persepolis fans of PFDC!

We still have a long way to go, but it sure as hell feels nice right now

Also good to see that Saipa have some fans. Never thought I would see Ekbatan that full for one of their games (just to clarify it wasn't even half full but still a remarkable amount for Saipa).
Since Saipa relocated to Tehran who are these fans? It's as bizarre as the Paykan fans, are they employees of the company?

This table is wrong. Actually every team is correct except Sepahan. Their record is 7-5-5 not 7-4-6. They have 26 points and are in 4th place.

Well Paykan is a little more explainable, they play in a suburb of Tehran and have made an attempt to reach out to the community and also they have a lottery for a car at every game.

Saipa is an odd one. But if we can have 4 teams in Tehran with fan support, that would be great for our football. Hopefully Saipa and Paykan keep attracting fans.
