Didn't that moderator Pajam or w/e mention something about the Dutch having difficulties buying Iranians and how JB was purchased by a private investor (got very lucky) & Gucci is a Dutch citizen so it was easier for him, making them the exceptions? He also said how he spent years trying to convince Dutch clubs to purchase Iranians but Dejagah was the closest he ever got. Sounds like Nourafkan is bullshitting it based on this.

yea, I believe there is a rule in Holland that states that the minimum wage for non-eu players is 150,000 euros. That is why it is unlikely young players who haven't proven themselves will be signed. Maybe Nourafkan is different, he really has the potential, hopefully he doesn't go to the same side as many talented players before him.
