He has already been appointed as head coach until the end of the season.

Yeah but a slip up or two could sadly cost him his job… Oh well, still plenty of time till the seasons over!

Werder tied today. They could have won - at least a point after a recent skid.

We should all wish that Alexander succeeds with Werder.

Werder Bremen won today against Ingolsdat (or however it's spelled). Surprised nobody reported this.

Saw the result and completely forgot he's coach now. Awesome to see Pizarro still playing and assisting. Hope to see Johansson get more playing time since my second team is the US 😜

Yeah I have no idea who the players are, as long as Nouri is coach and they're winning is all that matters to me

Week to week updates of all of our players also found on our Twitter - summarized nicely - https://twitter.com/FootballPersian

                      Please follow, retweet and like.

The Iranian presence on Twitter is so low, we need so much more on it in general. There are so many Arabs on, on the other hand. It' shocking how few Iranians there are because it's the information hub. While on useless Instagram there is so many Iranians.

Nouri's post match comments after defeating Ingolstadt:

"Alexander Nouri (Werder coach): "We are satisfied with the three points after the compensation was above all the support of the audience, which has brought us to winning the goal we have enforced and us with it, and for a lot of passion.. Much heart rewards. ""

Impressive win over Hertha Berlin, who are third. Great job by Alex and Werder!

first team to take points away from berlin this season...major achievement, they played well. If nouri can be successful with this bremen side (midtable-top half) that in itself is something to be proud of cuz that dont have that much quality other than gnabry and kruse(sometimes). He is proving himself...future TM coach in the making
