He has to at least be on the bench today after 4 goals in one game.

But Bolton are currently first, so it's not too easy to get game time.

Samizadeh came on in the 82nd minute in Bolton's 1-0 win over Blackpool in the EFL Trophy.

"Parkinson: Samizadeh 'Has Got a Lot of Work To Do'

Phil Parkinson will ignore calls for Alex Samizadeh to feature at first-team level, insisting there is still a long way to go before the player is ready for action.

Samizadeh made an eight-minute cameo appearance as a substitute against Blackpool on Tuesday, after weeks of encouragement from supporters to include the 17-year-old - backed by him scoring four in a recent under-23 fixture against Queens Park Rangers.

The Iran-born forward hit the target again on Wednesday, as Wanderers' second-string suffered a 4-3 defeat to Leeds United at Leyland, but Parkinson is keen to ease any pressure on Samizadeh by admitting he will be better served in the long-term with further coaching from David Lee.

"For me, Alex has got a lot of work to do still to be a real contender for the first-team," Parkinson said.

"He had that great game for the under-23s, which we're delighted with, but we've got to keep working with him on the training pitch.

"David Lee is going to keep working with him at the under-23s to polish all parts of his game.

"But he's bright and a bundle of energy, and he's good to have around.""

Alex should be busting the boss for a loan move to a lower table league one team.

He needs first team action. Scoring goals in the youth is too easy for him. He needs to play first team football ASAP.

Not sure what the gaffer is on about aswell, considering they were relying on a "jenazeh" upfront in Heskey last season to save them from relegation.

The team have been on real bad run lately, with bunch of draws after a really bright start. I don't see how they couldn't benefit from a young, energetic player to score some much needed goals for them.

Reminds of the shit Hertha Berlin officials said about dejagah back then.
                Daran alaafesh mikonan.

He needs to get off there and join another pro team asap, where he will be appreciated.
Dejagah didn't hesitate too long either and joined Wolfsburg where he instantly became a starter and even German league champion. That was the best career decision an Iranian player ever made in history.

They won 2-0 and he didn't play. Unless you meant the youth side?

Damn you're probably right. I just saw somewhere that said Samizadeh scored… Even still, its nice to see his team climb the table. They are almost 2nd place!

Does this guy have more potential than William Atashkadeh?
