I think the problem is that you have not lived in Iran very much and shouldn't speak for Iranians.

They spoke for themselves and majority agreed with his renewal.

Or how about Jahanbakhsh being fit?

OMG! Could it possible be that they receive better club training than the Ali Asghari/kolle yowm training GN offers?!?

Ashkan, Gucci, Jahanbakhsh, and even Neku (for the most part) were not part of the South African Camp. Their clubs didn't release them. So they did not participate in those intensive fitness training.

    These polls are rigged.

    Lol...

So...the training camp which was held two months before the WC, after which the same players GN claims are not fit, played in the WC, are now mysteriously out of shape because of the training they had before the WC that they all played in? lol...

And to top it off, all the other players are fine....

Let's just break it down so we all understand how ridiculous GN's claim sounds...

    1. Players before SA camp : FINE

    2. Players after SA camp : FINE

    3. Players before Austria camp : FINE

    4. Players after Austria camp : FINE

    5. Players before WC : FINE

    6. Players after WC : FINE

    7. Players in hands of GN : NOT FINE

    8. Players not in the hands of kolle yowm : FINE

Which one looks to be the problem here?

I will let everyone else decide.

You have no proof that this poll was rigged nor do you have proof that the majority did not want CQ to resign.

I on the other hand do have proof:

For anyone who is interested this is the page of Payam Sadeghian's personal trainer. He posts videos of the training. I didn't know where else to post this, thought it was interesting.

lol yes because the Fars news comment section represent Iranians This is priceless, priceless to see how humans can ignore everything and just see what they want to see.

From the polls and several interviews we have seen during the last months CQ actually looks to be accepted by the majority of Iranians, inside & outside Iran . In fact the only reason why we managed to resign him is because of the pressure fans put on IFF in support of CQ - even your beloved IFF admitted that. Furthermore we have rarely seen a coach being so much appreciated by the players - all of them wanted him to stay.

In last 3 games he used 7 players from Ghalenoei's team in his line up. It was Ghalenoei who prepared those players well and smashed each team with Esteghlal and those 7 players. Note that it was GN who put Montazeri as right back and Heydari as right winger for first time and CQ did that after GN. GN is one of the good Iranian candidates for NT with other Iranian coaches like Jalali.
GN with the same players couldnít even reach the final of ACL and the teams GN beat were bunch of IPL ones.
It was CQ who took these players and prepared them well to win the last 3 games on a much higher level. Later on he even made them ready to compete against one of the best players of the world. Of course both coaches can be given credit for this, but to claim it was mostly Ghalenoi is more than ridiculously absurd.

Jalali even struggles in IPL, he is a typical a good "talker" and might know the theory, but thatís it. Meanwhile wake us up whenever Ghalenoi has done something worthy at international level. What Ebrahimzadeh did with Zob Ahan few years ago was much more worth than all the trophies Ghale got in IPL. If you want an Iranian coach at least mention someone with class, qualification and most important someone not being part of the corruption/mafia.

Please not this again. No respected coach in the world looks at the league table and then decides the amount of players invited from each club based on their standing. Just because Teraktor is on top, doesnít mean they have the best players. Furthermore itís just week 10, there is a damn long way to go. Dortmund is currently 10th in Bundesliga, maybe LŲw should invite more players from Gladbach then?

Werenít you the one funnily claiming Navad is part of IR's propaganda? Why the hell should IR rig a poll in support of CQ then?

Koshti maro, just to see you posting comments from MAYELI KOHAN to prove something tells us everything. That guy has serious mental issues and was proven wrong over and over again. For example he claimed RGN is a ordinary striker and didnít want him in TM. The same player went on and qualified us for the WC scoring crucial goals. Mayeli could only dream about getting an offer from Gabon.

Here are the players from the South African camp.

Khosrow Heydari - Unfit to play 90 minutes
    Hossein Mahini - Under performing
Amir Hosseini Sadeghi - Injured and under performing
Hashem Beikzadeh - Injured, unfit to play 90 and under performing
    Mehrdad Pooladi - MIA
    Ahmad Alenemeh - under performing
Mohammad Reza Khanzadeh - under performing
Ghasem Haddadifar - on and off of Injury (not sure about performance)
Ando Teymourian - Recently got back to full fitness and under performing
Bakhtiar Rahmani - ACL injury (out for months)
Reza Haghighi - Unfit and under performing
Karim Ansarifard - Hasn't even played yet. I don't know why.
Reza Nouroozi - ACL injury (out for months)

the ones I don't know about are
    Montazeri, Hosseini, Sharifi, Hajsafi

So as you can see, that whole intensive training that CQ had with these players has really made them tired or injured. pretty much all of them. not just the ones in SS.
This tells me that you don't follow PGL enough and hence don't know the "story" of each player.
    Some examples:

    - Mahini has been underperforming for a long time now and currently the sarbazi issue doesnít let him to play regularly.
    - Pooladi is injury prone and only played 2-3 matches last season. It was CQ who prepared him to face Messi, Di Maria and co. - despite being out of football for several months!
    - Rahmani and Norouziís ACL injuries have absolutely 0% to do with the camp.
    - Ansarifard just joined a European team and is facing different fitness standards. He needs time to adapt.
    - Haddadifar got injured long time ago and ever since then didnít reach the form he had playing in ACL.

    ....

And just to let you know, PGL players being injured or not fit enough is unfortunately a norm - especially in Esetghlal/Perspolis where the pressure is much more. Starting from the youth teams our players are not mentally and physically prepared enough to withstand playing constantly at their top form. To claim it was mainly CQ's camp responsible for this is not making sense.

Your post is the perfect example of "grasping at straws".
I want you all to rewind a little bit. Remember when we lost to Uzbekistan? All the emotionally unstable ones here kept saying "CQ's job was to qualify us to the WC. He failed." HOW MANY TIMES DID WE HEAR THIS?
Then it turns out, hey, we qualified. Those people either vanished into the background, or pretended they never spewed their nonsense.
Then during/after the WC they came back. "CQ's job was to get us to the round of 16".
All of a sudden his job from 4 years ago changed?
This is the typical CQ hater. Full of contradictions, full of arguments about the smallest detail or preference, say one thing today and the opposite tomorrow, etc.....
    You win.

These guys will change their expectations and statements as long as it fits their opinion so that they donít have to admit they were wrong.
Remember how they claimed Iran wonít qualify, doesnít deserve it and is a 2nd tier Asian team. Few months later when they were proven wrong they suddenly demanded the same team to play offensive football in the world cup and reach the next round. Ajab...

Listen guys. You can debate as much as you want regarding whos the best coach. I think that the players opinions are more important and I havent heard a single one complaining about CQ. Even the european based players all said that he is very professional and all the other players seem to like him. Thats enough for me and that should end this debate aswell!
