Hajsafi to Kuwait would be pure irony. No way he will go there. I rather have him in the 8th division of Luxembourg then.

      true,
i had a hard time believing from the get go that he would even attract interest from teams in England, EPL, I knew was almost certainty was bs..!! he was going to be a utility player at best even at fulham.

& that article claiming that the Fulham move fell through because of Magath's instability as Fulham coach, is BS :bs:

if anything, Magath may have on purpose shown fake interest in HS, just to have it fall through last minute, as a way of getting back at Afazeli for talking Dejagha outa Fulham and earlier Wolvesburg where he was coach..!!???

lets hear the real reasons from his agent who for some reason seems suddenly all tongue tied , if it was money again, then its real real shame..

I think we can rule out any chance of Hajsafi going to Hull as their finances are now stretched...Fulham is the last hope as Hull have made some big signings and still working on a few more.

Doesn't it have to end on a business day?

BTW, Fulham are close to signing two more players (Hudson and Matt Smith), so this thing makes no sense.

UK transfer window closes in less than 2 hours

He's not going anywhere today. Seems like it's either an Arab move or he stays in Iran for the last year of his contract.

smh he should've went to Germany or Osasuna where there are less technical issues.

Englisiha hameshe gir midan be ma.

Think if he went to Osasuna, Iranian big three lol

Have we a proof he is really in England? At least we had pics from Ezzatollahi and Ansarifard in SPain before their signings.

transfer window closed now, no news on Fulham site. Only says they signed Matt Smith from Leeds united.

The reason why he never would have signed yesterday is because it tends to be last minute transfers, triggered by the top clubs and filtering down. Most transfers that happen out of the blue are between two European clubs or clubs in the same nation as player movement from one club frees up space in the squad.

A lot of teams like to do their business on this day in the hope that making a last minute move for an unwanted player or bigger clubs trying to unsettle a player will mean paying a lower transfer fee for the player than if they'd tried to purchase them earlier in the window.

In Eshan's case, he was reportedly in England for days prior. His transfer was not predicated on players leaving Fulham or Sepahan replacing him and his fee was a pretty negligible amount. Contract demands might have been an issue but they wouldn't take days to sort out.

If there was a work permit issue, Fulham still would have ratified the move and awaited the ruling of an appeal. This process could not be rushed and a decision would have come later this week or some time next week. Also considering the fact that they had other transfer targets for their administration team to be working on yesterday, they never would have wasted time on a transfer that could have been sorted out in the days previous.

Haj Safi has returned to Sepahan.

Looks like no EPL for him.

Yep he is back in training. I mentioned about a week ago he was back in contact with Sepahan, and of course, they really need him but all in all this was a bust.

Well, apparently he was close signing with Fulham but thanks to problems (probably Sarbazi and visa) it didn't went through. A damn shame that a player like Hajsafi is stuck in Iran..
