In my opinion Iran should play some asian, and some middle or high quality teams.
For example three games each in September and October, all in Iran:
    03. September vs.
    06. September vs. Palestina (Team Melli B Players mostly)
    09. September vs. strong
    06. October
    10. October
    14. October
    10or11 Nov. Away
    18 Nov. Away
We have three FIFA MATCHDAY WEEKS where we should at least organize each two or best each 3 games. It is possible to organize 6-9 games in this three weeks! Also in END OF DECEMBER AND IN JANUARY WE CAN ORGANIZE SOME GAMES in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and so on, before going to Australia and even play one Nation of Group A or B in Australia..

And on the 8.Day God created Ali Karimi, and he saw he was good!
If Defenders were allowed to use their hands to stop Karimi

The reason we dont have friendlies yet is mainly because we were just in a world cup so it was not our main priority not because of money it is not like we will be playing Italy. Also if Queiroz resigns I doubt he would want to play korea. If he resigns expect the likes of somalia, myanmar, and yemen

            Looks good

We should easily reach the semis this time, unlike the past 2 ACs. In QF we'll play Jordan/iraq as long we finish 1st in our group and then Aus/korea in semi.

Compared to the other groups, our group seems to be the easiest.

But not necessarily easy on the ''nerves'' as all three teams will try their traditional grassrolling, unsporting behavior and resort to all sorts of disruptive monkey business that may affect the viewers' inner peace.

But what comes next is the real test for us.

Wasn't there some talk of friendlies with S. korea and Turkey in September/October? I think we should definitely have a game with our U-23 team as well before the start of the season.

As far as the cup itself, we have a pretty easy draw for the group stage, but even better is that our quarterfinal game is not against our usual nemesis to whom we have lost 3 of the last 4 quarter-final clashes (i.e. S. Korea). That may be a sign of good things to come and a different outcome than usual.

The bad news is that we'll most likely (i.e. pending any major upsets) be facing the hosts in the semis rather than the final - but hey, we shattered their dreams in Melbourne with a team in shambles and we'll do it again in Sydney!

So we could play 5 friendlies this year. I'd already be happy if we get 2-3 good ones.

every nation plays 2 friendlies in this period martin reza.

If we plan clever, we could also play three friendlies in one week. the second one with our "second Team = B" against a lower team.

We should at least organize 6 games in this three periods.

Don't also forget the 3 friendlies we just played : against Nigeria, Argentina and Bosnia!

I dont think that the reason for no friendlies yet is money. First we need a coach. Then the coach does need to analyse what teams we should play against. So don't worry. Just wait for the new/old coach.
