    >>> PLAYERS TO WATCH (July) <<<

There are so many unheard talents in the IPL that I believe need to be discovered and boasted for their great play.
Thus, I will be doing an 10 player analysis on players who definitely should be given a look for TM and should be highlighted for their great performances so far in IPL 12/13.
So let's start with our top scorer so far in the league.

    Jalal Rafkhaei - MALAVAN
He so far leads the IPL with 5 goals in 3 games played for his team Malavan.
He scored 8 goals last year in 31 appearances for Malavan and has experience with the Zob Ahan team of 2010.
He is at the ripe age of 28 and would be a great attacking test for the Tunisia game coming up.

This is his goal against Gahar Zagros.

    Mohammad Reza Khalatbari - SEPAHAN
He was born in Ramsar. His youth team was Shamoushak. He left Shamoushak and went to Aboomoslem for two years then left to Zob Ahan where he scored important goals and led them to win the Hazfi cup in 2009. He tried out for F.C. Koln but the coach did not take him because of his lack of physical strength that would be a problem in the German league. He came back from the trial and became one of the best players of the Asian Champions league in 2009-10.
He has not scored any goals yet this year but leads the league with 2 assists in 3 games.
He scored 5 goals in 19 appearances for both Al Gharafa and Al Wasl and was also part of that Zob Ahan team of 2012.
Hes 28 and is already an important component to Iran's national football team.

Here's some highlight clips of him.

    Mohammad-Bagher Sadeghi - SEPAHAN
He was part of the under 20 team that participated in the AFC U-19 championships of 2008.
He moved to Sepahan this year and has 2 clean sheets so far for the depending champions.
He played in 9 games last year for Zob Ahan but is now the starter for Sepahan.
He is only 23 years old and is a bright light for Iranian goalies in the future.

    Milad Nouri - SABA QOM
He played for Foolad in the Asian Champions league of 2006.
Hes scored 4 goals so far in 3 appearances for Saba Qom this year.
He played in 25 games last year but was unable to make the score sheet.
What makes him important is that he is a midfielder, he is 26 years old and is an important player of Saba Qom.

He scores the 1st and 3rd goal for Saba against Paykan.

    Mohamad Afand - FAJR SEPASI
He plays for Fajr Sepasi and is an unknown player on a lot of lots.
He hasn't scored this year yet but is instrumental to their team as he has 2 assists so far this season.
He started and played in 26 games last year and is definitely a player to watch on the talented Fajr team.

    Mehdi Rahmati - ESTEGHLAL
Mehdi Rahmati is 29 years old. He was born in the capital city of Tehran. In 2009, he joined Sepahan on a 2 year contract, turning down an offer from Rosenborg FK.
He's our national team going and does not look like he's stopping anytime soon. He's had 2 clean sheets so far in the 2 games he's played.
Last year he played in 34 games and expect the same from him this year.

You can find him in this highlight video of Iran.

    Mojtaba Shiri - RAH AHAN
He plays under the great Ali Daei and is already making a difference for his team this year. He's scored 2 goals in the 2 games he's played this year.
He played in 18 games last year and scored 5 goals for his team so he can score goals in limited appearances.

He scored the only goal for Rah Ahan against Naft Tehran.

    Jaber Ansari - FAJR SEPASI
He is 25 years old. He joined Saba Qom in 2009 from Shahrdari Tabriz.
He played with Saipa last year and made 13 appearances. He's so far has played in both Fajr Sepasi games and has an assist to his name.
He's only a 25 years old midfielder and deserves a try-out with Team Melli.

Here's his goal when he played for Saipa against Shahrdari Tabriz.

    Shahab Gordan - PERSEPOLIS
Gordon joined Zob Ahan in 2009 after playing for Aboomoslem. He signed a 1 year contract with Persepolis this year.
He played in 25 games last year for Zob Ahan and so far has performed well for Persepolis.
    He's 28 years old and is Iran's number 2.

    Here's a video from ACL Finals 2010

    Mehdi Nazari - FAJR SEPASI
There is little known about this man, but he's a star in the making. He's so far scored 3 goals in 3 games for Fajr Sepasi.
Last year he scored 6 goals in 29 games and is an important player in this young team.

He scored the 3rd goal for Fajr against Persepolis.
    Haghighi
    Rahmani-Dehnavi-Ansari-Papi
    Khalatbari-Karimi
    Ansarifard-Borhani
    Rafkhaei-Seyed Salehi
Substitutions: Rahmati, Ahmadi, Razaghirad, Nouri, Shojaei, Petrovic, Daghighi, Abdi, Hatami

He will get plenty of chance again first in Vietnam cup then U19 championship.

He was supposed to move to Perspolis , but thanks heaven he stayed in Damash so he can play rather than waste his time on bench.

Lol, Rahmati, Khalatbari, Gordan all deserve a TM spot! They all have been playing for close to a decade or so for Team Melli!
