It's actually pretty bad for TM players. Name a few TM players that got better when they went to either SS or PP...
Zandi is the only one i can think of, and he just got better from having a terrible year at Steel Azin.
Most players get worse.
راه یکی است و آن راستی است

I can only think of one way that it can be beneficial... it could possibly help them adapt and get used to being under the microscope all the time, like TM players are.
But it could also drain them mentally, so when they get to TM they are emotionally exhausted already hahaha

There is no advantage at all. Sure SS and PP happen to have the best players in Iran but that doesn't mean they are more determined and hungry than others players from different teams to be successful in TM.
"Hate no one, no matter how much they’ve wronged you. Live humbly, no matter how wealthy you've become. Think positively, no matter how hard life gets. Give, even if you’ve been given little. Keep in touch with the ones who have forgotten you. Forgive those who have wronged you and do not stop praying for the best for those you love." -Imam Ali Ibn Abi Taleb (as)

I like the current mix we have. We have Ghazi and Mahini who WERE from Zob.
Pouladi who WAS from mes. Ebrahimi and ansarifard.
TM has been a decent mix recently.

"Either seem as you are or be as you seem."

If you want to tell us that a National team coach would choose his players for these reasons then no wonder his team played that bad.
What makes you think that Esteghlal and Perspolis have the best players in Iran ? First none of them are league champions, and second have a look at their results in ACL in recent years compared to Sepahan, Zob Ahan, and even Mes Kerman. And don't tell me Sepahan have a better management and their coach is better. These things are basless because simply Sepahans coach was Perspoliss coach.
