    Great stuff, thanks again.

    so many arabic names
it really annoys me how so many iranians have arabic surnames, it feels so bad when arabic comentators call the names and they are all in their native language, its not really the people's fault (first names yes, but surnames are more gvrnment) , not with this regime but hopefully in the future plans will be made to persianize the names little by little

anyway, 6-2 is a great result, even for a B team, dont forget guys, this is italy, their B team is still good, and iran seems to have played a very progressive form of football to defeat a nation that is known for its defensive play (at least was) lol

It may annoy you but for over 1000 years regardless of regimes in Iran, Iranian overwhelmingly has chosen religious names for their children they loved.

It will annoy you further otherwise i will add census stat for for six months of this year in this regard.

^ lol. not need to vomit.
this is just another one of IR's infringement on ppl's rights. trust me, a large majority of these names are forced upon the parents by the officials.

I'm sorry friend, but these stats dont reflect the truth.
yes, these names are "registered" at the registrar's office. But are you aware that many many people request old persian names and a large majority of them are denied and disallowed by the registrars' offices, basically forcing the parents to choose some islamic name so they can get the national Id for their children?
Sadly this regime interferes in most basic and personal matters of families too!

It might be too late to post this:

Iran played 4-2-3-1 with Sadeghian as lone striker. Interesting!

Here is the first half formation:

    -------------------------Biranvand
    EsmaeilBeigi----Khanzadeh--HajMohammadi--Shirvand(c)
    ------------Pouraligani--------Imani----------------
    ----Gharibi------------Tabrizi-------------Karimi
    ---------------------Sadeghian-------------------

Kaveh Rezaei started the second half for Milad Gharibi along with other subs.
We thank and support Mr.Kamran Delan for many years of dedication and service to Iranian Football Community.
    Go IRAN!

    St-Mark jaan,

And how conveniently you opted to omit mentioning the fact that for over 30 years people in Iran have been deprived from freely choosing any name they wish for their kids, in a country where its governing regime forbids its citizens to name their kids after some of the most historical names/icons of the face of the planet, and sort of forces them to use Islamic names, what else can you expect?

My argument isn't to devaluate any religion whatsoever, my point is directed at the atrocity of this despicable regime!

Sorry for deviation of the topic!

    Dear:
If you read my post i said " for over 1000 years regardless of regimes in Iran, Iranian overwhelmingly has chosen religious names for their children they loved. "
It's not just current regime. Did any government forced Reza shah to chose names of Mohammad Reza , Alireza....or forced Mohamad Reza to chose Reza....
Perhaps you know things that i don't know , i don't live in Iran but base on data i read there has been 212,179 name options for boys and 250,843 names for girls that has been exercised.

Dear i posted earlier full list of players for both 1/2.

I think Milad Gharibi was lone sticker not Sadeghian . Game has been recorded and there is hope that will be shown on TV in near future , then we will know more.
